You are passionate about networks that not only run reliably but also impress in architecture, scalability, security and automation. In this role as Expert System Engineer Network & Security, you are responsible for central communication services around LAN, WLAN, datacentre network, load balancing and network security. You take on a key role in engineering an airport-wide datacentre network infrastructure and design robust, secure and future-proof solutions. You work in a highly available environment where stability and performance are just as important as innovation. In doing so, you contribute decisively to sustainably meeting demanding network and security requirements.
Responsibilities:
You plan, design and implement demanding datacentre and network security projects
As the specialist responsible, you manage Cisco ACI and the load balancer infrastructure
You continuously develop automation with Ansible and Git
Additionally, you create concepts and documentation and support the 3rd level support including on-call duty
Qualifications:
You have a university of applied sciences degree in computer science/network technology and several years of experience in the Cisco environment
Cisco ACI and modern datacentre networks are part of your expertise
You are interested in network and security technologies and continuously develop your know-how
You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills
