System Engineer - SME IT Solutions & Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Our partner's software solution leads to more efficient business processes for customers, making them more competitive. This is ensured through a professionally and technically sound business analysis, sustainable software design, and effectiveness in solution development. Competence through many years of experience, close customer proximity, and continuous training form the cornerstones of their work.

Responsibilities:
Technical Implementation: Setup and maintenance of SME IT solutions
Hybrid Support: Remote and on-site support with a service focus
International Collaboration: English-speaking VIP support
Infrastructure Planning: Long-term optimisation of customer systems
Qualifications:
Education: IT apprenticeship or comparable certifications
Broad Expertise: Microsoft Cloud, Backup (Veeam), Network (Fortinet)
Challenges: Solution orientation in dynamic environments
Communication: German (business fluent), English (business)
Mobility: Driving licence for customer appointments
