Responsibilities:
Technical advice and support for our customers by phone and email
Creating and processing quotations, orders and purchase orders
Technical clarifications with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Support for internal and external sales
Processing and coordination of customer enquiries and projects
Procurement and disposition of electrotechnical materials and components
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring smooth order processing
Maintenance of article, customer and order data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in the electrical field, for example as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, electrical planner EFZ or automation technician EFZ
Technical understanding and interest in electrotechnical products and solutions
Commercial experience or willingness to develop further in the administrative area
Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with ERP systems
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English
