Project Manager Sanitary & Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Sanitary & Heating / Building Services Engineering for the independent handling of diverse building services projects. You will be responsible for your projects from order placement through work preparation, execution and cost control to successful handover. In doing so, you coordinate installation teams, suppliers and other project participants and advise clients and customers on technical matters. The position combines practical building services knowledge with project management, costing and financial responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and coordination of sanitary and heating projects
Project execution from order placement to acceptance and handover
Responsibility for work preparation (AVOR), resource and scheduling planning
Creation and processing of quotations, costings, change orders and measurements
Conducting project billing and post-calculations
Organisation and coordination of material procurement and delivery dates
Technical coordination and deployment planning of fitters and installation teams
Control and monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Participation in construction, project and coordination meetings
Technical advice to customers, clients and planning partners
Development of economical and practical sanitary and heating solutions
Coordination of interfaces with HVAC, electrical, building automation and other trades
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as sanitary installer EFZ, heating installer EFZ or comparable qualification
Further training as project manager building services, chief fitter or certified technician HF building services is an advantage
Professional experience in the Swiss building services sector, ideally with project management responsibility
Good knowledge of work preparation, costing, measurement and project billing
Experience in coordinating installation teams, suppliers and project partners
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Driving licence category B
