Quality Inspector (m/f/d) Temporary

Your tasks: Precision and quality assurance

• Operating and programming 3D coordinate measuring machines
• Independent execution of quality inspections and controls on a variety of demanding machine and compressor parts
• Creation of the required test protocols including evaluation of the measured results and derivation of further steps
• Creation and systematic handling of Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Metrological support and advice for internal and external department staff

Your profile: What you bring

• Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Solid practical experience in metrology as well as in professional quality inspection
• Experience in operating 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), programming skills (ideally Hexagon) are a great advantage
• Confident and experienced handling of overhead cranes for heavy components up to 20 tonnes
• Good and proficient IT user skills (Office 365, SAP, WAY)
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Mandatory willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• A very high quality awareness combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Continuous striving for improvements and great enjoyment in active teamwork
