Our client is a dynamic, internationally successful industrial company in the Winterthur area. To continuously ensure the highest quality standards in the field of machining (mechanical manufacturing), we are looking for a committed and precise professional for a temporary assignment.
Quality Inspector (m/f/d) Temporary
Your tasks: Precision and quality assurance
- Operating and programming 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Independent execution of quality inspections and controls on a variety of demanding machine and compressor parts
- Creation of the required test protocols including evaluation of the measured results and derivation of further steps
- Creation and systematic handling of Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Metrological support and advice for internal and external department staff

Qualifications
Your profile: What you bring
- Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Solid practical experience in metrology as well as in professional quality inspection
- Experience in operating 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), programming skills (ideally Hexagon) are a great advantage
- Confident and experienced handling of overhead cranes for heavy components up to 20 tonnes
- Good and proficient IT user skills (Office 365, SAP, WAY)
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Mandatory willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A very high quality awareness combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Continuous striving for improvements and great enjoyment in active teamwork
