Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed Architect ETH/FH to collaborate on demanding and creatively high-quality architectural projects. You will accompany construction projects from the initial idea through planning to implementation, combining conceptual strength with precise planning work. The position offers a broad range of activities and the opportunity to independently shape projects and take responsibility within the planning team.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration on demanding architecture and building projects
Development of architectural concepts, designs and variants
Handling projects from preliminary study to realisation
Creation of project, approval, execution and detailed plans
Development of aesthetically and technically convincing detail solutions
Preparation of material and design concepts
Coordination with clients, specialist planners and other project participants
Support with building submissions and approval procedures
Ensuring a high level of architectural and planning quality
Independent handling of defined project areas and work packages
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or comparable higher education
Professional experience in a Swiss architectural office is an advantage
Strong interest in demanding architecture, construction and design
Good understanding of relevant planning and realisation processes
Confident use of industry-standard CAD/BIM and graphic programmes
Independent, structured and precise way of working
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
