Carpentry Project Manager (M/F/D)

Are you a wood expert with strong organisational skills? Do you enjoy managing projects from start to finish and ensuring customer satisfaction? On behalf of one of our partners, a renowned carpentry company located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a passionate Carpentry Project Manager to join a dynamic team.

Your playground:

• Project management: You ensure the complete follow-up of files, from taking measurements on site to the final installation.

• Technical study: You analyse plans, create execution drawings and prepare cutting lists for the workshop.

• Costing: You prepare quotes, analyse costs and monitor the financial aspects of your projects.

• Coordination: You act as the main contact between clients, architects and production/installation teams.

• Quality and deadlines: You guarantee compliance with Swiss quality standards as well as the set deadlines.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter or cabinetmaker, ideally complemented by a foreman’s certificate or a higher technical diploma (ES) in carpentry.

• Experience: You have proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in managing carpentry projects in Switzerland.

• Tools: You have excellent command of CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) as well as standard office tools (MS Office).

• Personality: You are recognised for your sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage stress during busy periods.

• Mobility: You hold a valid driving licence to travel to various sites in the region.
