Production Planning Specialist (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on high-precision components and technical special solutions. With many years of experience, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and high engineering competence, the company develops and produces high-quality products for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and innovation are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders considering capacities, material availability, and delivery dates
Creation and optimisation of production and manufacturing plans
Maintenance and processing of manufacturing orders as well as production-relevant master data in SAP
Ensuring optimal utilisation of production facilities and resources
Monitoring production progress and early identification of bottlenecks
Close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics, and sales
Coordination and assurance of material availability
Continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally with further education in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management
Professional experience in production planning or production control
Good to very good SAP knowledge, especially in the SAP PP (Production Planning) module
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Good understanding of production processes and operational contexts
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Strong organisational skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and resilience
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
