Claims Manager for Personal Insurance FR / GER

For one of our clients, we are looking for a bilingual French and German Claims Manager for Personal Insurance on a permanent contract between 80% and 100%, based in Geneva. The successful candidate will support companies, institutions and HR services in managing their insurance with professionalism, expertise and proximity.

Our client is a major player in insurance and pension brokerage in Switzerland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the structure;
• Autonomous management of personal insurance claims files;
• Monitoring of LAA, supplementary LAA, sickness loss of earnings and LPP cases;
• Advising and informing clients, employers and insured persons;
• Collaboration with client advisors and insurance partners;
• Analysis of complex situations and participation in finding suitable solutions;
• Client and management reporting;
• Training of new employees;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Training in insurance and/or pensions;
• Proven experience in managing personal insurance claims in Switzerland;
• Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written;
• Good knowledge of the Swiss insurance market;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and insurance software;
• Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy;
• Customer orientation and team spirit;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
