We are looking for our Lausanne subsidiary,
A Mandate Manager between 60 and 100% (M/F)
Available immediately or by arrangement

You will work within a close-knit, competent and committed team, where expertise goes hand in hand with collaboration and trust.
YOUR MISSION
- Managing a client portfolio and acting as a trusted partner
- Technical supervision of work carried out by assistants
- Interim and annual closings Establishment of financial statements
- Payroll and social insurance management
- Preparation of cash flow and operating budgets
- Analysis of results and advice to clients
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of tax declarations (individuals and companies)
- Monitoring, retention and development of the client portfolio.
YOUR PROFILE
- Holder of a Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Fiduciary Agent
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a fiduciary firm Comfortable managing multiple mandates, you work autonomously, in a structured and reliable manner
- Possess an excellent sense of responsibility and real interpersonal ease
- Comfortable with common IT tools, notably Crésus, Winbiz and Dr. Tax
- Dynamic, flexible and solution-oriented
