Are you passionate about helping shape the trend of outpatient medicine?
- You welcome and accompany patients / customers (exclusively USZ employees) during the consultation appointment and perform various medical-technical procedures. You provide consultations (mainly vaccination advice) and carry out administrative tasks such as service recording control, appointment scheduling, complaint management, etc.
- As a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist, you have already gained experience in an acute hospital or a larger practice.
- You have a strong customer orientation, enjoy working in a team, and bring initiative. Fluent German is a requirement; any additional foreign language is an advantage.
- We place great importance on a thorough introduction to the field. In addition, a wide range of internal training opportunities is available to you.
- We are an open, warm, three-person team and support each other in everyday work. Our working hours are during the day from Monday to Friday.
