Your Tasks and Prospects

Supporting the ward manager in the professional, personnel and organisational management of the team and representing the ward manager during their absence
Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of high-quality, professional care and support of patients
Co-responsibility for the promotion and supervision of trainees
Participation in interdisciplinary meetings as well as case discussions to coordinate care and treatment plans
Active contribution to a positive team and clinic culture

Training as a qualified nurse HF / FH with professional experience in an acute hospital, preferably with leadership experience
Independent working with an interest in the field of general surgery and motivation to continually develop
Interest in a leadership role and willingness to undertake further leadership training
High social competence with commitment to interdisciplinary, constructive and appreciative collaboration
Strong skills in self-organisation and prioritisation

Flexibility in duty planning and openness to different working time models within the framework of the duty roster concept
Well-coordinated, helpful and warm-hearted team
