Project Manager Heating & Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Project Manager or Building Services Planner Heating and Sanitary for diverse projects in building services engineering. You will handle conversions, renovations, smaller new installations and service projects and take on tasks from planning and tendering to scheduling and billing. In addition to technical project work, you will coordinate installation and service assignments and maintain direct communication with customers, suppliers and other project participants. The position offers a varied mix of planning, project administration and operational project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and design of heating and sanitary systems for conversions, renovations and smaller construction projects
Creation and processing of project documents, submissions, installation plans and technical documentation
Conducting site surveys and developing suitable renovation and installation solutions
Recording customer enquiries and preparing offers, calculations and change orders
Preparation of measurements, construction invoices and final accounts as well as monitoring project costs
Coordination of construction deadlines, installation processes and interfaces with clients, specialist planners and other trades
Organisation, scheduling and appointment setting for service, maintenance and repair assignments
Technical support for the installation and service teams and provision of the necessary project information
Coordination of material orders and delivery dates in line with project and construction progress
Customer support on technical questions regarding heating, sanitary and renovation solutions
Maintenance of project, order and service documentation as well as administrative project processing
Ensuring professional implementation in accordance with relevant Swiss standards and building services regulations
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner Heating EFZ, Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or technical basic training in heating/sanitary with corresponding further education
Several years of professional experience in heating and/or sanitary technology
Experience in planning, tendering, calculation and construction billing
Expertise in conversion, renovation and service projects in building services engineering
Confident use of Microsoft 365/Office and ideally experience with industry-standard CAD and building services software
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations in heating and sanitary fields
