ADUplan Bauingenieure GmbH is an established and dynamically growing civil engineering company with locations in Zurich and Kreuzlingen. The company stands for pragmatic, efficient, and solution-oriented engineering services in civil and road construction and supports public administrations, companies, and private individuals in the planning, design, execution, and consulting of infrastructure facilities.

To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as:

Project Manager: Civil and Road Construction Zurich

In this role, you independently lead and manage projects in cantonal and municipal civil and road construction – from concept development through design and realisation to successful acceptance. You keep an eye on deadlines, costs, and quality and ensure that the various parties involved work well together.

As the central contact person, you are in direct communication with clients, municipalities, authorities, companies, and other project partners.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will take on additional tasks in design, tendering, and construction management. You will have the freedom to specifically apply your personal strengths.

Your Profile

You have a technical education in construction, for example as a HF technician, civil engineer FH/ETH, or a comparable qualification.

What matters most to us is your practical experience in civil and/or road construction. You have already independently led projects or significant project parts and are confident in taking responsibility towards clients and project partners.

You work independently and solution-oriented, keep an overview even with multiple parties involved, and enjoy communicating directly with customers, authorities, and companies.
