Support Engineer - Electrical Engineering & IT (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support customers in 1st and 2nd level support remotely as well as on site
You assist with onboarding and commissioning around electrical engineering solutions
Autodesk ecscad and eXs are among the systems you use
Training, workshops and documentation of customer environments complement your tasks
Qualifications:
You have a qualification in computer science or a comparable IT qualification; knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus
You bring initial experience in IT support and an interest in technical topics
You are characterised by a service-oriented and team-capable personality with enjoyment of customer contact
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
