- Operation, monitoring and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
- Planning, coordination and support of IT projects with regard to deadlines, quality and implementation
- Participation in the introduction and technical further development of business applications, for example in the ERP environment
- Responsibility for topics related to cybersecurity, data backup and operational security
- Analysis and optimisation of existing IT processes and services
- Management and coordination of external IT service providers and partners
- Traceable documentation of systems, processes and technical architectures
- At least four years of professional experience in IT operations, system engineering or IT support
- Good knowledge of handling IT infrastructures, applications and interfaces
- Basic experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Microsoft 365
- High service orientation and good understanding of the requirements of internal customers and specialist departments
- Teamwork skills, communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured and reliable way of working as well as interest in operational and project-related tasks
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the stable operation of IT systems, applications and cloud services, including in the environment of Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS- Operation, monitoring and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
- Planning, coordination and support of IT projects with regard to deadlines, quality and implementation
- Participation in the introduction and technical further development of business applications, for example in the ERP environment

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development, ideally complemented by IT further education at HF/FH level- At least four years of professional experience in IT operations, system engineering or IT support
- Good knowledge of handling IT infrastructures, applications and interfaces
- Basic experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Microsoft 365
- High service orientation and good understanding of the requirements of internal customers and specialist departments
- Teamwork skills, communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external stakeholders
