Generalist in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Are you looking for a new challenge in an internationally exciting environment? As an HR Generalist, you take on a central role and are responsible for important tasks in the personnel area. In this role, you assume a key function and act as a contact person for various concerns. You bring your experience and skills to support and strengthen the HR department. You are an important part of the team and help ensure that personnel processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
You support the HR admin team in handling the entire HR administration
In this role, you are the trusted first point of contact for employees with questions or concerns
You maintain master data in SAP, including entries, exits, and organisational changes
You are responsible for accident/illness reporting and communication with social insurance providers
In this role, you actively shape and implement HR projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in HR
You bring several years of experience as an HR Generalist
You are characterised by a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
