For our client, an established and family-run company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an experienced and responsible individual. You will take on the technical leadership of the installation team and ensure the professional implementation of demanding heating and cooling systems in commercial and industrial projects.

Site Manager Heating Installer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Technical leadership and coordination of the installation team
• Installation of heating and cooling systems in commercial and industrial sectors
• Commissioning and functional testing of the systems
• Coordination and communication with project management and site management
• Ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintaining the construction log and recording additional work
• Checking and processing installation documents
• Ensuring timely and professional execution

Your Profile

• Completed training as a heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
• Further training as a site manager installer is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in heating/cooling
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Responsible, committed and a team player
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence category B
