Job Description
You will independently manage the entire payroll cycle for several establishments, representing a workforce of 700 to 850 employees. You prepare, check and close the monthly payroll taking into account the many variables specific to hospitality and the provisions of the CCNT. You monitor the data transmitted by the various sites, manage deadlines and identify any anomalies. As a key point of contact, you support employees, managers and HR teams on payroll-related matters. You also participate in monitoring HR indicators and the continuous improvement of processes.
Profile Sought
With proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally in a complex, multi-site environment, you master the entire payroll process. You are particularly comfortable with large volumes of data and the many variables related to the hospitality sector. Organised, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and meet sometimes tight deadlines. Your sense of service, discretion and excellent analytical skills enable you to be a reliable partner for operational teams. Perfect command of French is essential and knowledge of Mirus is a real asset.
