Tasks

• Review and processing of performance and cost statements
• Assessment of applications for cost coverage and reimbursements
• Verification of invoices and obtaining missing documents
• Processing of cost estimates in the healthcare sector
• Written and telephone support of insured persons, service providers and authorities
• Handling incoming correspondence and email enquiries
• Ensuring efficient and timely case processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training (E or B profile) or comparable further education
• At least 2 years of professional experience in administration is mandatory
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Quick comprehension and strong service orientation
