Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 125,000Role:
Varied customer environments, modern Microsoft technologies and independent projects characterise this position at a specialised ICT service provider. The focus is on the reliable operation of existing infrastructures, the further development of cloud and security solutions, as well as technical consulting for SMEs.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects
Support, operation and further development of ICT infrastructures at SMEs
Support of the engineering team with technical customer enquiries and complex faults
Technical customer support on-site and remotely
Introduction of new IT services and optimisation of existing solutions
Creation of technical concepts and system documentation
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable solution proposals
Support of presales in the technical preparation of offers
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a systems engineer or in a similar role
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
Good understanding of network technologies and ICT infrastructures
Strong awareness of IT security and security standards
Experience in analysing customer needs and implementing suitable IT solutions
Good German and English skills
