Job Description
As a digital health project manager within the Digital Health, Information System and Monitoring Division, you are responsible for managing the implementation of the electronic patient record (EPR) deployments, its various modules, or other digital health tools according to the strategies of the Romandy inter-cantonal association CARA or those specific to the canton of Vaud.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate discussions within the General Directorate of Health by making proposals to evolve the deployment strategy of digital health solutions
- Represent the General Directorate of Health within the Coordination Commission of the cantons of the CARA association and other commissions or working groups within your area of expertise
- Monitor ongoing developments by the CARA association and at the federal level, as well as best practices and other related experiences in other cantons or countries
- Manage necessary partnerships within the canton to support health partners in the changes brought about by new digital health technologies supported by the canton, relying notably on the professional and clinical expertise of partners
- Coordinate the preparation of meetings with external parties and organise digital health conferences, as well as lead sessions with ad-hoc professional working groups as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in the medical, nursing or health field with good IT knowledge or an equivalent qualification
- Project management certification
- Additional training in communication, negotiation and/or medical informatics is an asset
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing large multi-partner projects with matrix organisation in the health sector
- Change management of business processes and information systems
- Good knowledge of information systems and understanding of the health system
- Leadership, analytical and synthesis skills
- Pragmatism, client and solution orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit
- Organisation, adaptability, writing skills
- Fluency in spoken and written French and good oral and written knowledge of German
