Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYour Profile
- Responsibility for site management or, if applicable, local construction management including billing with contractors
- Independent management and handling of demanding projects in general civil engineering, road construction and utility construction
- Leadership of infrastructure projects during the execution phase
- Ongoing monitoring of quality, deadlines and costs in close cooperation with project management
- Conducting negotiations with clients, authorities and construction companies
- Advising, supporting and providing professional assistance to team colleagues
- Active sharing of own expertise and support in the further development of the team
- Many years of experience in a construction company, e.g. as a master builder, construction manager or foreman
- Training as a construction manager HFP is an advantage but not a requirement
- Degree as a civil engineer FH/ETH/TU is an advantage
- Solid project experience in urban and municipal civil engineering
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills as well as a assertive personality
- Very good organisational skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Goal-oriented, respectful and collegial teamwork
- Enjoyment in passing on expertise and supporting team colleagues
- Fluent German language skills for negotiations
