Agile Requirements Engineer (m/f) 80-100%
This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the heart: You are part of our Scrum team and work closely with our business areas and development teams to develop solutions that create real added value for our insured persons.
- You support the Product Owner in creating SAFe features and managing the roadmap.
- For defined topics, you take the lead from high-level business analysis to the elaboration of actionable stories for the developers.
- You formulate, visualise and document requirements clearly, precisely and comprehensibly.
- During implementation, you accompany the development team, review change requests and assess their impact.
- Together with the team, you ensure through reviews and tests that the developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
This is what you bring with you
- First and foremost: willingness to learn, initiative and an independent working style characterise you; you are a team player with a can-do mindset and ready to delve deeply into the topics of health insurance and sales.
- You work confidently with agile methods in business analysis and requirements engineering and have experience in requirements gathering for backend and GUI solutions.
- You master the balancing act between customers, Product Owner and software developers as an interface in a complex environment with many dependencies.
- You design and moderate workshops to develop complex topics as needed – remotely as well as on-site; experience with Design Thinking and Lean Startup is an advantage.
- You can bring together different interests and requirements, question existing solutions and develop viable solutions together with business and technical representatives.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues and documenting them in a structured way. Experience with user-centric UX/UI design as well as the replacement of complex business applications is a plus.
Good reasons - typical CSS
- Work flexibly: Your team often works from home or on the go. Thanks to a laptop with integrated SIM card and other technical possibilities, this is no problem.
- Keep learning: Stay up to date thanks to our Software Engineering Academy, Innovation Days and attending external conferences.
- Enjoy your wallet: Benefits such as bonus, Reka, discounted health insurance premiums and more, which quickly add up to a few thousand per year.
- Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks of holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours per week.
- Take a break: Home renovation, world trip or learning languages – what is your dream? Celebrate your 10-year anniversary with a two-month sabbatical.
- Enjoy your family life: Take time for your offspring: 3 weeks for fathers, up to 20 weeks for mothers. In addition, there are generous child and education allowances.
