Role:
You ensure that employees can work securely and without interruptions on any device. As a Microsoft Intune Specialist, you technically shape the Windows and mobile platform in the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment and keep it stable in operation. The focus is on Microsoft Intune, which you consistently develop further with targeted automation. Those who enjoy setting standards and pursuing problems to their root will find plenty of scope for creativity here.
Responsibilities:
You administer Windows, iOS, and Android devices and continuously expand device configurations and security policies.
You prepare applications as packages and roll them out automatically.
You manage feature and quality updates and are responsible for client patch management.
Furthermore, you automate recurring processes with PowerShell, such as assigning licences, permissions, and configurations during onboarding and offboarding.
For tricky errors related to enrolment, deployments, or policies, you take over 3rd-level analysis and sustainably eliminate recurring causes.
Additionally, you drive migrations, lifecycle projects, and technical standards forward and support teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Qualifications:
You bring at least 3 years of practical experience in client or endpoint engineering.
You have in-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and 10 and are confident using Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
You have hands-on experience with modern endpoint management using Intune, MDM, MAM, and compliance policies.
You have already deployed clients with Windows Autopilot and managed update rings via Windows Update for Business.
You also have a good understanding of how identity, security, and endpoint protection interact.
Moreover, you approach problems analytically and persistently, communicate fluently in German, and feel comfortable in English technical discussions.
