The mandate accounting team is the fiduciary centre for our property owners and mainly handles the closing of property accounts as well as valuations and management fees.

Real Estate Accountant (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of service charge statements.
• Execution of postings and accounting corrections in our IT system.
• You are our internal contact for real estate accounting.
• Processing of property entries and exits, from basic data entry to payment validation.
• Analysis of receipts within real estate accounting and independently initiating necessary steps for dialogue with stakeholders.
  
  

Your profile:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship (CFC), training in accounting and initial experience in real estate accounting.
• You are well organised, flexible and precise, and able to work independently.
• You have analytical and reflective skills that allow you to achieve results quickly.
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of German.
• Good knowledge of REM software would be an advantage.
