Project Manager Development and Construction 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

• Support or independent project management, mainly in the realisation of complex renovation and new construction projects
• Project management of renovation and maintenance projects: structural and technical measures on properties in the company’s own portfolio (according to the needs planning of the internal "Management and Portfolio" department)
• Independent project management of tenant fit-outs in commercial spaces 
• Conducting condition and feasibility studies as a basis for the development of property strategies
• Professional implementation according to best practices in project management to achieve cost, schedule and quality targets
• Ongoing coordination as well as structured handover of projects to property management.
• Collaboration on overarching topics (e.g. sustainability, BIM, development issues etc.)

• University or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, civil engineering or economics (preferably with Swiss education)
• Proven practical experience in project development and realisation of construction projects
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, building law and business management contexts (ideally with corresponding further training)
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good French skills are a basic requirement
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as an entrepreneurial approach
• Independent, dynamic personality with organisational talent and strong communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills, further specialist software knowledge is an advantage
