About the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for creating the new service catalogue. You act as the link between technical experts and the sales and marketing teams to transform field expertise into digital and printed sales tools.

Tasks

The role involves managing the creation of a service catalogue, from gathering technical information in the field to the final visual formatting.

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of services with internal teams
• Prioritise high value-added services for commercial use
• Design impactful visual materials using PowerPoint and Canva
• Adapt catalogues for digital use on tablets and mobiles
• Collaborate with field technicians to collect technical data
• Ensure compliance with the group’s graphic charter
• Manage the support creation project from A to Z independently

We are looking for

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
• Excellent skills in writing and creating visual materials
• Strong interpersonal skills for gathering information in the field
• Fluent French
