As a sales advisor for telecom, you are the face of WWZ. You advise our customers personally and by phone on internet, TV, mobile and landline, find the right solution and ensure a shopping experience that is memorable. You can expect a varied role with direct customer contact, a lot of personal responsibility and the opportunity to actively help shape our telecom offerings.

These are your tasks:

• Advise & inspire: You advise our customers personally in the Metalli shop or by phone in the customer centre at our headquarters in Zug. With your expertise, you find the right telecom solution for their needs.
• Sell with passion: You present our products and services convincingly, recognise customer needs and create a shopping experience that excites.
• Take responsibility: You ensure an attractive product presentation, keep an eye on stock levels and as a host make sure our customers always feel welcome.
• Shape promotions: You support promotions and sales campaigns and actively contribute your ideas.

This is what you bring:

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification with commercial further education
• Experience in sales and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Technical understanding of telecommunications products and digital solutions
• Strong communication and sales skills
• High service and customer orientation as well as hosting qualities
• Team spirit, flexibility and an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to assist at other locations or in other work areas if needed
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good spoken English skills
• Valid driving licence
