Group Reservations Agent

Leader in the 4 and 3-star market in Geneva, the Manotel Group operates six hotels totalling 610 rooms. The Royal, N’vY, Auteuil, Kipling, Jade and Edelweiss establishments each cultivate a unique universe, distinguishing them from one another while upholding common values.

We are looking for the Manotel headquarters:

Your mission

A true privileged contact for our group and seminar clients, you actively contribute to the development of our activity by ensuring rigorous and personalised follow-up of requests.

As such, you will notably be required to:

• Analyse group and seminar requests taking into account activity periods, availability and revenue objectives.
• Develop attractive and competitive commercial proposals, in collaboration with the Revenue Management department.
• Manage the entire reservation process for business, leisure, institutional, congress and seminar groups.
• Prepare, send and follow up commercial offers until their confirmation.
• Enter and update information in the reservation systems.
• Advise clients and promote all the services of the Manotel Group.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.

Your profile

• Training in hospitality (Hotel school or equivalent training).
• First successful experience in reservations, reception or a similar position in hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal ease.
• Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously.
• Strong commercial flair and good negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Geneva hotel market is an asset.
• Excellent command of French and English; a third language is a plus, ideally German.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud.
• Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office).
