- Active coaching of employees
- Responsibility for budget realisation / measures to achieve it
- Acquisition of customer orders, care and expansion of customer relationships
- Customer visits
- Reporting to department head & sales manager
- Salary and tariff agreements with candidates and customers
- Onboarding of new personnel consultants
- Conducting qualification interviews
- Professional experience in personnel services
- Sales experience
- Leadership experience an advantage
- Customer relationships / network
- Professional communication in German, any foreign language an advantage
- Ideal age: 25 to 35 years
- Knowledge of IT applications / industry software
