Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager Architecture for the planning and realisation of architecturally demanding building projects in Switzerland. You will primarily accompany projects from the construction project phase to realisation according to SIA 32-53, combining architectural ambition with precise, material-appropriate implementation. In addition to project management, you will coordinate specialist planners, authorities and other project participants. The focus is on high-quality new build projects, careful detailing and independent project work with Archicad.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling and management of demanding architecture and new build projects
Management of projects through the SIA phases 32-53 from construction planning to realisation
Further development of design, materialisation and styling concepts
Creation and coordination of building permit, execution and detailed planning
Ensuring a high level of architectural, constructive and design quality
Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, specialists and other project participants
Coordination with clients, authorities and contractors
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Development and review of construction details and material-appropriate execution solutions
Management and maintenance of the Archicad project model as well as coordination of planning bases
Review and integration of specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans
Support during construction execution and ensuring the design implementation on site
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect FH/ETH or comparable university degree
At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Switzerland
Experience in project management and coordination of demanding building projects
Solid knowledge in execution planning, construction and detailing
Very good user skills in Archicad
Good knowledge of SIA phases and Swiss planning and construction processes
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confidence in communication with authorities and specialist planners
