In this role, you take on the technical leadership in system engineering and are responsible for the secure, stable, and efficient ICT operation. As a Product Owner, you steer the further development of operations and make decisions based on technical and professional requirements. You analyse complex infrastructures, identify optimisation potentials, and implement technical improvements in a structured manner. Additionally, you coordinate central operational processes and ensure that services are provided reliably and performantly. As a senior professional, you bring your experience to define standards and establish sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assuming a central role in modernising a complex IT landscape and linking operational requirements with strategic technology goals
Further development of the existing platform architecture and accompanying the transition from classic infrastructure models to cloud-based services
Structured management of parallel projects and coordination of various stakeholders across technical and organisational areas
Continuous improvement of operating models, platform services, and processes with particular focus on reliability, security, and efficiency
Qualifications:
Solid IT educational background at a higher professional level with a focus on infrastructure, system engineering, or a comparable field
In-depth Microsoft expertise as well as experience with demanding platform and infrastructure environments
Strong organisational talent with the ability to structure complex topics, set priorities, and prepare decision bases clearly
Confident and audience-appropriate communication combined with personal responsibility, quality awareness, and pronounced service orientation
