On behalf of a well-established fiduciary in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Payroll and HR Administration Manager to manage a varied client portfolio and advise them on matters related to payroll, social insurance, and personnel administrative management.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You independently manage a portfolio of payroll mandates and ensure the complete processing of salaries.
• You supervise remuneration processes and ensure their compliance with current legal provisions.
• You advise clients on issues related to social insurance, labour law, and salary legislation.
• You carry out various HR administrative tasks, including managing employee entries and exits, monitoring personnel files, and preparing standard documents.
• You handle administrative procedures with social insurance and relevant organisations.
• You support clients with their HR questions and provide tailored assistance to their needs.
• You ensure legal monitoring and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

You offer your new employer

• You have several years of experience in payroll management, gained within a fiduciary.
• You possess good knowledge of HR administration as well as a solid command of social insurance and Swiss legislation.
• You hold a recognised qualification in payroll, social insurance, or human resources.
• You are comfortable managing multiple mandates and enjoy contact with a diverse clientele.
• You work independently, in an organised and rigorous manner, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You demonstrate good analytical skills and enjoy finding practical solutions.
• You have good knowledge of English, an asset for this role.
