Support and administration of IT infrastructures for SME clients via remote access or on-site
Handling technical issues in 1st and 2nd level support including error analysis and troubleshooting
Participation in the planning and implementation of demanding IT projects
Responsibility for stable operational IT operations and reliable support of existing client environments
Participation in the introduction and further development of modern Microsoft cloud technologies
Qualifications:
Completed EFZ IT training as platform developer, ICT specialist, or comparable qualification
Knowledge or interest in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot as well as modern cloud technologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft client/server environments, networks, and backup solutions
Initial experience in external IT support and client environment management
Independent and precise working style with strong service and customer orientation as well as very good German and English skills
