For our client, an established company in switchgear and control panel construction with many years of experience in industrial automation, we are looking for a technically skilled individual to start immediately or by arrangement. The company offers a varied field of activity with exciting customer projects as well as modern working conditions in a family environment. To strengthen the service team, a committed specialist with experience in electrical system construction is sought.
Service Technician Automation (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent execution of installation and assembly work on electrical systems and controls
- Responsibility for proper wiring and electrical connection of components and systems
- Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work at customers' premises
- Systematic fault finding and efficient troubleshooting on machines and systems
- Support with technical optimisations and adjustments of existing control systems
- Commissioning of systems and controls at the customer
- Carrying out functional tests and ensuring flawless system operation
- Contact person for customers on technical issues during assignments
- Documentation of completed work and service calls
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ, automation mechanic EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
- Professional experience in switchgear construction, control panel construction or industrial service is an advantage
- Good technical understanding of electrical controls and electrical schematics
- Experience in fault finding and maintenance of systems
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High personal responsibility and strong quality awareness
- Customer-oriented manner and good communication skills
- Willingness for regional service assignments, optional international assignments are an advantage
- Valid driving licence category B
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
