- Ensure control of budget, deadlines and quality objectives
- Coordination between tax administrations and internal development teams
- Lead workshops and presentations during tenders
- Further development of project management standards and mentoring of junior colleagues
- Certification in project management such as HERMES or IPMA necessary
- Higher degree in business informatics or a comparable field required
- Experience with public administrations and tax authorities advantageous
- Fluent German skills and understanding of Swiss German essential
- Close cooperation with clients from municipal and cantonal administrations
- Further development of project management through own best practices
- Participation in public tenders and client presentations
- Independent implementation of deliverables within demanding IT projects
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for IT projects according to the Hermes methodology- Ensure control of budget, deadlines and quality objectives
- Coordination between tax administrations and internal development teams
- Lead workshops and presentations during tenders
- Further development of project management standards and mentoring of junior colleagues
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in IT project management required- Certification in project management such as HERMES or IPMA necessary
- Higher degree in business informatics or a comparable field required
- Experience with public administrations and tax authorities advantageous
- Fluent German skills and understanding of Swiss German essential
