Role:
Good low-code solutions arise where architecture and domain knowledge come together. This is exactly where you, as a Senior Power Platform Developer, come in and transform complex customer requirements into scalable applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform. You confidently lead workshops and design sophisticated data models. Your standard is solutions that remain maintainable, secure, and performant even after years.
Responsibilities:
In technical workshops, you analyse customer requirements and derive viable concepts with as much standard functionality as possible.
You build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps and implement application logic with Power Fx.
You design data structures, business rules, forms, and role-based permissions in Microsoft Dataverse.
Additionally, you automate processes with Power Automate, such as approval workflows and cross-system cloud flows.
You integrate SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (M365), and external systems via connectors and REST APIs and develop chatbots with Copilot Studio.
Furthermore, you ensure clean deployments via environments and solutions, resolve errors systematically, and further develop best practices.
Qualifications:
You have at least three years of experience developing business applications on this low-code platform.
You navigate confidently between Canvas and Model-Driven Apps and implement complex workflows routinely.
Data modelling, security concepts, and ALM across multiple environments are part of your daily practice.
Thanks to experience in requirements engineering, you translate business requirements clearly into technical concepts.
Initial exposure to Azure services, custom connectors, or bot technologies is a plus, as is a relevant Microsoft certification.
You negotiate confidently in German and communicate fluently with customers in English.
