About the job

Your tasks as a recruitment specialist

• You manage your assignments independently based on weekly activity targets set
• You attract new candidates by posting attractive adverts and through active sourcing
• You conduct candidate interviews, organise and coordinate interview appointments for your clients, and obtain references by phone
• As a specialist, you present a selection of relevant candidates and advise your clients in choosing the ideal profile
• You will be in regular telephone contact with your clients and visit them to discuss vacancies and present application files

Your added value for us

• You are a communicative, confident, responsible person and have no difficulty approaching people
• You have experience with client contact in Switzerland
• You hold a higher diploma (e.g. university, college, hospitality), wish to change your field of activity or are looking for your first job
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German or English
