On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Electrician / Automation Technician as Winder for Generators (a) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Provision of all components for the assembly of generator rotors
- Soldering, insulating and assembling supply and return rails
- Installation of half coils and soldering using induction methods as well as performing ultrasonic tests on generators
- Wedge the rotor winding
- Insulation of the winding and winding heads
- Recording measurement data according to the test plan
- Preparation and cutting of insulation material
- Feedback of work steps in SAP
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and documents
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed basic technical training or equivalent qualification, preferably in the electrical field
- Several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing, experience in induction soldering is an advantage
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Physically good condition
