- Carrying out maintenance, service and repair work
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults on complex systems
- Performing repairs and technical optimisations
- Advising customers on operation, use and services
- Preparing service and deployment reports
- Coordination and procurement of required spare and consumable materials
- Participation in the regional on-call service
- Ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction
- Experience in service, maintenance or commissioning of technical systems is an advantage
- Interest in heating, energy and heat pump technology
- Independent and solution-oriented working style

- Completed technical basic training, for example as a heating installer EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, refrigeration system mechanic EFZ or comparable- Experience in service, maintenance or commissioning of technical systems is an advantage
- Interest in heating, energy and heat pump technology
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Reliable, flexible and resilient personality
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
- Fluent German skills
