Nurse M/F – Part-time permanent contract

Home Montagu, a small-scale establishment located in La Neuveville, supports 21 residents in a warm, caring, and person-centred environment.

As part of the development of our institutional project based on the Montessori approach, we are looking for a:

NURSE (M/F)

Part-time permanent contract – Start date to be agreed

Your duties

• Provide nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents
• Participate in the development and monitoring of individualised care plans
• Ensure monitoring of health status and treatment follow-up
• Manage medical prescriptions
• Collaborate with various medical and paramedical partners
• Participate in the planning and support of students

Your profile

• HES or ES nursing diploma, or mandatory Red Cross recognition
• Experience or specialisation in geriatrics/psychogeriatrics is an asset
• Good listening skills, patience and kindness
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, rigour and responsiveness
