YOUR TASKS

• Maintaining and further developing the quality management system
• Planning and leading internal as well as accompanying external audits (ISO, SSC, AS&GS, Swissmedic,)
• Risk analyses: Systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of risks as well as deriving appropriate measures
• Promoting quality & safety culture: Training and raising awareness among employees for quality standards and normative requirements
• Processing incident reports and monitoring measures
• Moderating meetings with different stakeholders
• Process design & optimisation: Recording, modelling and continuously improving business processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial basic training and/or business management further education (HF/FH/Bachelor)
• Communication skills: diplomatic tact, moderation skills, confident appearance and solution-oriented approach
• Affinity for IT applications (e.g. Signavio, Cura, Roxtra, CIRS, Office suite)
• Professional experience in an interface/staff function is an advantage
• Method competence: BPMN 2.0, Lean Management, SWOT analyses as well as ISO 9001 are advantageous
• Structured and independent working style as well as pronounced team spirit
