YOUR TASKS
- Maintaining and further developing the quality management system
- Planning and leading internal as well as accompanying external audits (ISO, SSC, AS&GS, Swissmedic,)
- Risk analyses: Systematic identification, assessment and monitoring of risks as well as deriving appropriate measures
- Promoting quality & safety culture: Training and raising awareness among employees for quality standards and normative requirements
- Processing incident reports and monitoring measures
- Moderating meetings with different stakeholders
- Process design & optimisation: Recording, modelling and continuously improving business processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial basic training and/or business management further education (HF/FH/Bachelor)
- Communication skills: diplomatic tact, moderation skills, confident appearance and solution-oriented approach
- Affinity for IT applications (e.g. Signavio, Cura, Roxtra, CIRS, Office suite)
- Professional experience in an interface/staff function is an advantage
- Method competence: BPMN 2.0, Lean Management, SWOT analyses as well as ISO 9001 are advantageous
- Structured and independent working style as well as pronounced team spirit
