From 1 November 2026 we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Room Service (80%). You will lead a team of 15 employees and actively work in room service.
About us
Your tasks
- Operational management of a room service team
- Coordination of the team across several wards
- Creating work schedules
- Monitoring and optimisation of work processes as well as implementation of innovations
- Active participation in daily room service operations
- Collaboration with the entire guest service, catering, nursing and other interfaces
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Experience in room service activities in healthcare
- Ideally leadership experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Digitally savvy and proficient with common tools
- Very good German skills (at least C2) spoken and written
- Calm and considered decision-making ability even in hectic situations
