What you can shape

• You coordinate order processing in the areas of scheduling, meter installation, and fault handling.

• You analyse measurement errors and organise on-site deployments of our technicians.

• You handle smaller projects such as meter readings or power disconnections.

• You support internal and external departments as well as customers by phone.

• You identify digitalisation potentials and support corresponding projects.

• You maintain master data and create evaluations in SAP.

What sets you apart

• You have a basic electrical engineering education.

• Ideally, you have completed commercial training.

• You are confident in using MS Office, and SAP experience is an advantage.

• You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form.

• You work independently, customer- and team-oriented.

• You have a high willingness to learn and technical understanding.
