Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for building and stable operation of IT environments for SMEs. You accompany your clients from the initial consultation to ongoing support of their systems. With your senior or expert know-how, you ensure that the infrastructure functions reliably and securely at all times. As a system engineer, you design solutions that create freedom so that clients can focus on their core business. Additionally, with your technical understanding, you contribute to ensuring seamless IT support from a single source.
Responsibilities:
You conceive, design, implement, or migrate digital workplaces directly at the client site
In this role, you advise clients on new technologies for modern IT infrastructure solutions
As a senior system engineer, you take the technical lead for digital workplace in engineering
You implement workplace infrastructures with high personal responsibility and manage the corresponding environments
In this role, you develop new modern workplace concepts and drive their implementation forward
As a senior or expert system engineer, you take a key role in the development of junior and professional system engineers as well as in knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience as a senior or expert system engineer
You can communicate perfectly in German
You take responsibility and work independently
You are characterised by a hands-on mentality, teamwork, and strong communication skills
You master the conception, setup, and operation of complex Windows server and client platforms including Active Directory, GPO, PKI, and lifecycle management
You independently plan and manage Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID as well as security and compliance configuration
You speak fluent German
