As part of the replacement of a colleague who will soon be leaving the company, we are looking for a Supply Manager & Warehouse Operative M/F/X. A handover period is planned to ensure a quick and effective start in the role.
Supply Manager & Warehouse Operative M/F/X
Your mission
A true interface between suppliers, internal departments and stock, you ensure the availability of components and actively participate in the proper management of the supply chain.
Main responsibilities
- Handle stock shortages, deadline requests, purchase recommendations as well as internal customer needs.
- Analyse supply situations taking into account availability, consumption forecasts, product life cycles, supplier reliability and logistical constraints.
- Prepare and validate purchase orders ensuring their compliance.
- Ensure full order follow-up: confirmations, supplier reminders, delay management, delivery control and handling of billing discrepancies.
- Optimise and adjust supply parameters in accordance with stock management policy.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Accounting teams and various internal customers.
- Maintain daily relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply flows.
- Receive goods and ensure their availability to stock and relevant departments.
- Actively participate in stock management and inventory completion.
- Occasionally perform handling operations requiring the use of a forklift truck.
