ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You plan, migrate and implement IT systems and transition them into productive operation
You operate and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, servers and firewalls
You manage VMware, Active Directory as well as backup & recovery
You analyse and resolve faults and take on helpdesk and support tasks
You take care of software distribution and IT projects
Qualifications:
You have a technical IT education at EFZ, HF or FH level
You bring at least 3 years of experience as a system engineer or in a similar role
You are familiar with networks, security and storage
You work independently, efficiently and solution-oriented
You are communicative, team-oriented and have very good German skills
