Your Tasks
- Coordination and supervision of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
- Receiving customer complaints and ensuring their timely resolution
- Recruitment of employees as well as temporary staff for holiday cover
- Adherence to specified hours and control of material consumption on site
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cleaning areas
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Conducting cleaning inspections on site
- Assisting with cleaning
- Work assignments from Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends and public holidays
Your Profile
- Professional experience in hospital cleaning, healthcare and/or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong service orientation, independent and reliable working style as well as flexibility
- Personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organisation, coordination and high communication skills
- Good knowledge of German
- Valid residence permits C or B permits with employment
