Do you combine entrepreneurial spirit, service mindset and operational excellence in a complex and demanding international multiservices environment? As a multiservices operations manager at ISS, you lead teams, coordinate cleaning, reception, mailroom, logistics and technical concierge services, and directly support the client. You ensure quality, cost control and customer satisfaction.

What awaits you

Coordinate daily cleaning, reception, mailroom, logistics and technical concierge services on the client site

Organise team activities and ensure an efficient allocation of resources according to operational needs

Supervise, support and motivate employees in the execution of their tasks

Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards as well as safety and hygiene requirements

Monitor the proper execution of services and implement necessary corrective actions

Ensure operational follow-up of external partners and subcontractors

Be the client’s local contact for daily requests and issues

Track performance indicators, document activities and contribute to reporting

Participate in monitoring costs, hours and consumption within the defined budget

Identify and propose improvements to optimise quality, organisation and efficiency of services

What you bring

Professional or higher education in Facility Management, services, hospitality, building technology or a comparable field

Proven experience in coordinating multiservices or in a similar operational role

Successful initial experience in team management, ideally on a client site

Good knowledge of soft services and interest in technical environments

Strong service orientation, quality awareness and customer relationship skills

Ability to organise multiple activities simultaneously and set priorities

Hands-on leadership, team spirit and ability to motivate employees with diverse profiles

Pragmatic, responsive and solution-oriented approach

Comfortable with numbers, performance indicators and common IT tools

Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English; German is an advantage
